Janice has been a licensed and full time Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Virginia for the past 30 years. Relocating 18 years ago to Currituck from Winchester VA. She and her husband are now living their dream in Currituck County’s 4-wheel drive area of Corolla, in Carova Beach. When she isn’t working, she is always looking out for her fellow Real Estate Brokers, as the 2026 President of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors, board member for North Carolina Realtors or maybe she is donating her time at the Carova Beach Fire and Rescue Auxiliary. Updating her education has always been a priority in her real estate career. She has taken many classes keeping current with the real estate market and local market. She holds several real estate designations. Currently she is working at Brindley Beach Vacations & Sales in Corolla and focusing on the sale of properties in the 4-wheel drive area, Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and lower Currituck.
